Description

Hairless perennial of shallow water and damp soil. Widespread and locally common throughout. Oval, fleshy leaves have short stalks. Stems creeping, then upright. Blue flowers, 7 to 8 mm across, are borne in pairs from leaf axils, May to September. Height up to 30cm
